Zedan Concepts was selected to rejuvenate a timeless 30-year-old environment in need of a transformation. This revitalization project aimed to breathe new life into the existing space, which boasted mature trees. The primary objective was to enhance and conserve the natural elements while rejuvenating the area by using the trees as focal points to anchor the yard. By introducing new hardscaping and pristine turf, the vision was to provide a cohesive look, seamlessly integrating the elements. Collaborating with Star Landscaping, the project saw an impeccable execution and installation, resulting in a stunning outcome.

This growing family of four wanted a functional front yard, which would also welcome their guests in a simple and modern way . They wanted space for their spirited kids to be able interact with the neighborhood children, all while also creating an open and inviting entry. Our goal to provide more functionality for this expansive Paradise Valley backyard led us to create large green spaces, custom built planters, and plenty of play area for our client’s growing family all while making the space flow more cohesively and look renewed.
